Sammy & Patty Sparks
Sammy has built everything: restorations, additions, residential, commercial, new construction. He's a master craftsman with an eye for detail and a no-nonsense way of doing business.
Skilled carpenter and foreman by 18. On commercial high-rises by 21. Commercial superintendent by 25. Commercial project manager by 33. In 1993 he moved to Homestead, FL to rebuild 13 National Park Service buildings after Hurricane Andrew, then settled in Key Largo. Historical preservation has been a specialty ever since.
Patty served in the US Air Force in public affairs, trained as a military photojournalist at DINFOS, and sang with the 8th Air Force Band. She brings 20 years of HR experience and a stint as a legislative aide for the State of Florida.
