About the Build
Private residential client in the Bayside community of Tavernier, completed in 2016. The project included demolition of an existing structure and design and new construction of a one-story single-family home in the Florida Keys.
The unique interior design is highlighted by custom architectural details. Creating the sense of space and grandeur in this single-story home was a challenge due to construction constraints imposed by building codes in this hurricane-prone locale.
