We ventured into the construction of spec homes in the Florida Keys a few years ago. We chose ST Sparks Construction (STS) as our builder. Selecting the right builder was critical to us because we had no experience in that area. We needed quality and integrity, and we got both with STS. We made a hefty profit on our investment. More importantly, though, we made our first client happy. During the warranty period on the home, there was not a single call-back. That’s quality of construction. You might call it perfect. We also found the folks at STS to be accommodating, patient, and honest. They led us through the entire process, from land selection to permitting to building to selling. We would recommend STS without reservation.
